Non-Elite Squads

Any chance we can set up an area for the non-elite squads to talk to each other, ask advice from the elite's, etc?

I ask because I can see the focus we place on our elite's...but feel we can do better as a guild (especially in our battles) if we're able to help some of the non-elite squad/members. After watching a few of the past battles, I think we can really pick up our game, gain some extra points and grow better with this.
